1. Service Description

PingSage provides website uptime monitoring services. Users can add websites to be checked at regular intervals, receive alerts when sites go down, and access historical uptime data. The service is offered on a "free forever" basis with optional paid upgrades for higher limits and additional features.

2. Free Tier

The free tier is provided at no cost and includes monitoring of up to 10 websites with 1-minute check intervals, SSL monitoring, security header scanning, broken link checking, content change detection, status pages, team sharing, and API access. All features on the free tier are genuinely free — no time limits, no credit card required, no "upgrade to keep your data."

3. Paid Subscriptions

Pro (€9/month) and Agency (€29/month) tiers offer higher site limits. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscription management and invoices are handled through LemonSqueezy's platform.

4. Refund Policy

For subscription payments: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For one-time toolkit purchases: all sales are final due to the digital nature of the products. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service to monitor websites you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Attempt to circumvent site limits or rate limits
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the service's operation or infrastructure

6. Service Availability

PingSage is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime of the monitoring service itself. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, missed alerts, or delayed notifications.

7. Data Retention

Check history is retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until account deletion. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

PingSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
